Before filling out the application below, please make sure to complete steps below.

  • Complete the FSCC Application for Admission and have a Student ID number.
  • Sign into and activate your FSCC student email address.
  • Enroll for classes for the following semester.
  • Fill out FAFSA and turn in to Financial Aid OR fill out the FAFSA Waiver Form.

Scholarship Award Notification

  • Please check all scholarships you are applying for.  If you are receiving an Athletic LOI or Activity Scholarship, you will not be eligible for an Academic Scholarship.
  • Scholarship will be applied to your account by mid-semester of the award period.
  • Foundation Scholarship recipients are invited to the FSCC Foundation Award Dinner held each spring.
