FAFSA Waiver Form

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required for the Office of Financial Aid at FSCC to determine eligibility for federal/state/institutional grants, institutional need-based scholarships, federal loans and need-based federal work study.

I do not intend on filing the FAFSA, but would still like to be considered for FSCC Foundation Scholarships that do NOT require need-based criteria.
